We’ll walk you through each of these options.
If you don’t need printing on both sides of the sheet, and your recipient mailing address already aligns correctly to show through the window of a number 10 envelope, we print your document as is, using just the front of each sheet. The back side of the document remains blank.
If you select duplex printing, and your recipient's mailing address aligns to show through the window of a number 10 envelope, we print your document as is, using both the front and back of each sheet.
Address is printed on the front, and the document is printed on the back of the same sheet.
For single-sided documents where the recipient mailing address doesn’t align with the envelope window, we simply print your return and mailing address on the front of the page, and the first page of your document on the reverse.
For single-sided documents with a bottom stub and a remittance envelope, we tumble turn your document and print your addresses on the reverse side of the bottom stub.
Address is printed on a separate sheet of paper; your document starts on the second sheet.
For double-sided documents where the recipient’s mailing address doesn’t align with the envelope window, we create a separate cover sheet with your return and mailing addresses. The back of the address cover sheet is blank, and the document starts on sheet 2, using both the front and back of each sheet.
