Ever needed to mail a document but realized it doesn’t have a mailing address on it? No problem! DocuSend now takes care of that for you.

This option enables you to upload a single PDF without a valid mailing address, intended for delivery to one recipient.

No more extra steps—no need to create a cover page or modify your document. Just upload your file, and we’ll automatically add the return address and recipient mailing address to a cover page.

Document Printing and Mailing Solution

Access this new feature one of three ways:

  • From the website menu – select Upload single document.
  • From the upload page – if we didn't detect a mailing address, you'll be taken to the Oops page and from there you can enter it.
  • From your DocuSend portal – click on Upload Single Non-Addressed Document.

Then follow these simple steps:

  • Type in your return address and recipient address, and add optional logo.
  • Click submit, and it will take you to the shopping cart.
  • Under options, select paper type, Black or color and one- or two-sided printing.
  • Add to cart, review and pay.
  • Your document will be mailed in one to two business days with a cover page (address vehicle) in front of your document.
