DocuSend´s Email Uploader

This application works for businesses that would like to send their files to DocuSend via email. Email Uploader is a subset of the DocuSend REST API. Email Uploader will upload the emailed files to your DocuSend shopping cart.

Automate your postal mailing from emailing the documents

Create DocuSend Account: Contact customersupport@docusend.biz.

The sender email address must be linked to your DocuSend account.

Email should be sent to Upload@docusend.biz.

PDF should be readable (print to PDF, not saved as an image)

How it Works

PDF with mailing address

Pre-addressed PDF should be readable (print to PDF, not saved as an image)
Pre-addressed PDF: Include in the subject line the Jobs specifications. Subject Example: Color=1;Perforated=1
DocuSend will extract the mailing addresses, run them through postal software, place them back on your document and move your job to your shopping cart
Return address is taken from the company address registered in the DocuSend account
Email should be sent to Upload@docusend.biz

PDF without mailing address that goes to a single person

Include Mailing address in the subject line following this format: (job specifications +include mailing address+ return).

Subject Example: Color=1; Perforated=1; PrintOnBack=1;Name|Address1|CSZ;ReturnAddress=Name|Address1|CSZ

In a few minutes the emailed file will be in your shopping cart.

Add Flyer

If you need to add an insert to your mail, make sure the Flyer is named "Insert" (insert.pdf, insert.png, insert.jpg).
