What is the cost to access and store statements in the Image Bank?

There is no additional cost. Images are stored for six months as a free benefit of your DocuSend service.

How many months of statements are stored in the Image Bank?

Six months are typically stored. If extended storage is required, contact MTI at customersupport@docusend.biz to review available options.

What if I don't want to provide access to the Image Bank?

Access permissions are controlled through the Admin function in the DocuSend portal.

How many individuals can access the Image Bank?

You may grant access to as many users as needed by managing permissions through the portal's Admin controls.

What's the difference between Report Portal and Image Bank?

The Report Portal displays daily mailing and processing reports. The Image Bank provides electronic copies of your documents for viewing, printing, saving, or emailing directly.

Can I give someone access to the Image Bank but not the Report Portal?

Yes. In the DocuSend Portal, go to Admin → Edit User, select the username, and grant access only to Image Bank.

I can't find the customer in Image Bank. What do I do?

First confirm the spelling and re-enter the name. If still not found, verify that the customer was included in the original uploaded file. If they were included but the image is still missing, contact DocuSend Customer Service for assistance.

How do I reprint a bill for a customer?

Go to Image Bank in the DocuSend Portal, search for the customer, and select “View Documents.” Open the image, and you may print it, save it as a PDF, email it, or resend it through USPS via DocuSend.
