Is there a way to get to the DocuSend Report Portal without logging in with a User ID?

No. All reports are tied to User IDs so no one else can view your company’s activity. You can log in from the DocuSend.biz home page or portal.docusend.biz. Many users find it convenient to bookmark portal.docusend.biz.

What’s the difference between Report Portal and Image Bank?

Report Portal provides management reports such as file dates, quantity mailed, and cost per file. Image Bank is electronic storage of customer documents used for viewing, reprinting, and emailing.

Can I customize the Report Portal to get additional sort options?

Reports are designed based on the most commonly used data. Contact customersupport@docusend.biz to discuss your current package. If your package allows customization, we can create a custom report. If not, we can review available upgrade options with you.

Will I receive a monthly invoice for the statements you mailed through DocuSend?

DocuSend is a pay-as-you-go service, so monthly invoices are not issued. Each upload is charged automatically using your selected payment method. Your full historical charges are available within the Report Portal.

How do I add or delete someone from Report Portal access?

Log in to the DocuSend Portal and select the Admin tab. From there you can add, delete, or modify users and assign their access level. Click Submit to save changes. New users will automatically receive an email with their login password.

How do I modify the email address or change access rights for a Report Portal or Image Bank user?

Log in to the DocuSend Portal and select the Admin tab. You can update user information, including email addresses and access levels. When done, click Submit.

What is the DocuSend Portal User ID?

Your User ID is the email address associated with your account. A password is automatically assigned to you once you successfully upload your first file.

How do I add users so they can access the DocuSend Portal?

Log in using your User ID and Password and select the Admin tab. Choose Modify User and enter the employee’s name and email address. Select their access level, then click Submit. They will receive an automated email with their login credentials.

Can I give someone access to the Image Bank, but not the Report Portal, or vice versa?

Yes. Log in to the DocuSend Portal and go to the Admin tab. Assign access by checking only Image Bank or only Report Portal. Users will only see the features you enable.
